Job Description:
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate (CSA), your main responsibility will be to:
- Assist customers via chat, email, or phone
- Solve queries related to orders, payments, and products
- Navigate multiple tools to research and resolve issues
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain Amazon’s privacy and service quality standards
Salary & Perks:
