Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java Spring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows.
- Keep up with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java Spring.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Debug and optimize applications for better performance.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Framework
- Hands-on with Reactive and Functional programming
- Experience with Kafka and event streaming
- Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and in a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
- Frontend tech familiarity (optional)
- GitHub/open-source contributions
- AI/ML knowledge or project experience
